what is the min tank size for a Cephalosilurus and which one is the smallest speices , do they grow to 60cm , many website have different fish size.


and what is the min tank size for a Trachycorystes trachycorystes, thanks

Hi There,

Trachycorystes trachycorystes is a very aggressive species and can grow to over a foot so I would say the smallest tank would need to be 4ft. and you would need to watch what you put in with it as they can kill other species. I will be compiling a factsheet next month for this species.
