Hi All

Just as we like to talk about our spawning successes, from time to time it does one good to mention our disappointments. sad.gif
Last year I managed to spawn Erethistes pussilis for the first time, but had a disaster and lost all the young after 2 weeks, and could not get another spawning off them , until a few weeks ago, great stuff I thought, eggs hatched, fry looked as though they were feeding OK. then, another disaster; I had no option but to spend some time away from home, when I got back all the young had died. I am at present trying again to get them to spawn, however; it may be the case like the other mothcats that I have spawned, they are seasonal spawner's. It may well be that I have to wait another 11 months to get them to spawn again sad.gif
but I will keep on going with them.
Here a pic of the fry before they died mad.gif

My son asked "who was Elton John dad"?
I replied "He played keyboards son, for Marc Bolan"!
