Hi All,

A Dr. Philip Marazzi sent these pics in to ScotCat. The images depict a dried up pool in the Maasai Mara in Kenya, East Africa where there are easy pickings for the Marabou Stork, Leptoptilos crumeniferus.

There are 4 species of Clarias in Kenya but I would guess that gariepinus is the most predominant.
