Collected This fish in Loreto peru Near Iquitos

Looks like a Ageneiosus species to me maybe Ageneiosus atronasus?

I agree its looks like a Ageneiosus species,

but maybe it could be Ageneiosus inermis which is slightly variant as to colouration.
My son asked "who was Elton John dad"?

I agree its a Ageneiosus but wich species is difficult to pin point.

Thanks for the help im a inspiring Icthyologist and I do trips to the amazon for nine years now and it takes alot of time to indentify these fish :P
