Just had my first spawning and hatching of these little beauties that I picked up 12 months ago at Pier Aquatics in Wigan. Will post some pics of fry and adults as soon as I am able. :D

Nice one....looking forward to your pics. They are a truly stunning looking oto. You can let us know how you did it as well to help in any further queries on this species. cheers :) On plants or aquarium glass ?

Here's a couple of pics of fry at 3 days old taken with my new USB microscope. They are feeding on a multiplicity of algae on glass, anubias and within the fronds of java moss. I hope they will also follow their
parents onto bbs and microworm that they get occasionally. I'm more than pleased with this spawning. :D
