Not often seen in the trade, but a true beauty :-)
This is one of my 9 Corydoras concolor.

Most Corys have some sort of pattern, stripes or spots, but this one is special with it's uniform dark colour.
A dark and shimmering slate grey over the body and a rusty bronze on the fins and tail.

Very nice Mona, smile.gif one of my favourite Cory's, looks like a female. Bred them a few years ago and you never have any problems of getting rid of the fry as they are not all that common.

My all time favourite cat. I'm getting regular spawns now that I've cracked the secret. Fry starting to colour up too.

Hi Craig,

First of all welcome to the SC forums smile.gif

I agree a very nice and often overlooked Cory species. I have 6 young growing nicely from Graham on this thread. There is a factsheet at http://www.scotcat.c...s_concolor.html and a short piece on the breeding of concolor.
