Can anyone tell me if my fishshop had the right name. This catfish was sold as Pseudeutropius moolenburghae, but I think it is a Pseudeutropius brachypopterus. Hope there is someone who can help me

What makes you think! The answer I could give you here, will be any different from the answer I gave, or Silurus gave you on Planet Catfish (Or if he chooses to do so, Bagrus dude here also)! would be different?

No, there isn't any rule about posting the same question in different forum's, but, at least you could have checked to see who moderates/uses these forum's.
I am at a loss, as why? you think that I, and Silurus are wrong on the identification, obviously after receiving answers in another forum (where I moderate) you have decided that the answer given there must be flawed, and therefore you asked the same question here (also where I moderate). Maybe you could explain why, you have doubt's as to the answers given on PCf.
