There
are three varieties of this species, L081 (from Altimira) which
is supposedly very difficult to acclimatize
to aquarium conditions, L 081 "Special 1" (from
about 150km south of Altamira) and "Special 2" (from
Sáo Felix do Xingu) which are more robust
and fairly easy to keep. |
