Identification can be made
with black dots covering the whole body hence the
common name of Pepper catfish (Evers,
H.-G. & I.Seidel). Reproduction:
Lays up to 100 green eggs. Thr fry are said to be
slow growing (Evers, H.-G. &
I.Seidel). Aquarium Care:
An easy species to keep with no excessive demands
on water parameters. Diet: Omnivore.
Vegetable food such as cucumber and other various
foods such as tablet, flake and frozen. Remarks:
