We could be dealing with a hybrid here as there is wide spread thinking that hybrids that are not Rift Valley Lake Synodontis and posses a coppery eye, that it could very well be a hybrid bred by hormone treatment. Remarks: We have decided to label each alleged 'hybrid' or unknown Synodontis species with SC numbers (ScotCat numbers) to identify each species exclusive to the ScotCat website. |
