Relevant Information:

Another undescribed species given the number by CorydorasWorld of CW120. Was in the hobby previously as C. narcissus "spotted" and C. sp. "Purus" and now confirmed as a colour form of Corydoras narcissus. Lineage: Placed in Lineage 1. When there is a revision they will stay as Corydoras (Lacépède, 1803) with the type species of C. geoffroy La Cépède, 1803. As of the latest update (Dias et al. 2024) Corydoras sp. (CW120) has been kept in Lineage 1 and has the same genus name of Corydoras. Aquarium Care: As this is one of the longer snouted species it will be well suited to most community tanks. A well planted tank with a soft substrate such as sand so they can bury their snouts while searching out food.
