Relevant Information: This species was imported as a bi-catch with C.zygatus from Peru and is somewhat similar to Corydoras eques from Brazil and has been given the Corydoras World CW number of CW007. There are three species that are very alike, the two mentioned and another one Corydoras cf. eques which has been given the CW number of CW043. It is also from Peru and is collected along with C.rabauti from the upper Ucayali.
